WHAT WE BELIEVE

GOD

We believe in the Triune God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit – each fully God, each showing the divine nature, all functioning as One.

JESUS

We believe that Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the true God, He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.

We believe that He was Very God and Very Man and that He died on the cross as a sacrifice of our sins according to the Bible.

We believe Christ died for our sins, was buried, rose again on the third day and personally appeared unto His disciples.
(Mark 16:19; I Corinthians 15:1-4; Romans 4:25)

We believe in the glorified bodily ascension of Jesus into Heaven and in His exaltation, personal, literal and bodily coming again the second time for His Church.

HOLY SPIRIT

We believe the Holy Spirit shares all the attributes of the Father and Son. To speak of Him is to speak of God. The earthly ministry of the Holy Spirit is to manifest the Son to mankind, and to minister God’s presence to the world.(John 16:8-11; Rom. 8:9, Rom. 12:3-8; 1 Cor. 12: 4-11, 12-14, 28; 2 Cor. 3:6; Eph. 1:13-14, 17-18; Eph. 4:7-12; Eph. 5:18; 1 John 2:20, 27).

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the manifestation of other tongues, as a real experience at/or subsequent to salvation. (Acts 2:1-4; 8:14-17; 10:44-46; Galatians 3:14-1

SALVATION

We believe in the salvation of sinners saved by grace through repentance and faith in the perfect work of the cross of Calvary by which we obtain remission of sins.

ETERNAL LIFE

We believe that eternal life through salvation is a gift, which we cannot earn. Every man/woman was created in the image of God, but through Adam’s fall into sin, is therefore lost without salvation through Jesus Christ.
(Ephesians 2:8, 9); Romans 5:12)

We believe that only through sincere repentance of sin, and the confession that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior, will salvation be obtained.
(John 5:24; 3:16; Romans 10:9)

We believe in the imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ, the bodily resurrection of the dead in Christ (rapture), and the eternal unification with Christ Jesus.
(I Corinthians 15:50-57)

We believe that all who reject the Love of God will be judged, punished and eternally separated from God (Hell).

BAPTISM & COMMUNION

We believe that Water Baptism by immersion and the Lord’s Supper, (also known as Communion) are ordinances to be observed by the Body of Christ.

MARRIAGE

We believe marriage is the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant commitment for a lifetime. It is God’s unique gift to reveal the union between Christ and His Church and to provide for the man and the woman, in marriage, the framework for intimate companionship. Resultantly, we will not perform, sanction, nor bless same sex unions since we affirm that the practice of homosexuality is incompatible with Biblical teaching.
